SPECULATIVE HOUSING
Prior to starting my own practice, my relevant experience as a project architect included the following project whilst employed by Vernon Gibbs Partnership:
House for a retired admiral(?) on the outskirts of Bath- a proposal for the site owner to develop asteeply sloping old orchard site just inside Bath's green belt adjoining his home with spectacular views across the valley. An upside down bungalow with car parking on the roof, mast supported wire mesh screens and brise soleil.
